New driveway, entry stairs, and upper deck get
a makeover
A steep driveway and main stairs were both in disrepair and needed a smoother transition to the new entry at the upper level. The new stairs no longer extend into the drive court and new retaining walls provide landscaping for fruit trees and native vegetation. A new deck and covered dining area with a BBQ counter were established to provide greater access to parts of the property that had been underused.
