A rear yard opens up to a guest cottage tucked away at the back of a Berkeley residence. A granite bridge crosses a ‘natural’ creek to a new deck and granite spa, with steps that enter into a cold plunging pool fed by the creek. Corten steel planters with bamboo provide privacy from the neighboring property.
